Proof
of address, such as utility bill

In
the event that large sums are being exchanged, proof of
where the funds are coming from (i.e. the bank statement,
invoice or other documentation) and proof of where the
funds are being forwarded to. Reason for the transaction
must be stated
Due
to changes in HM Customs and Excise regulations, if you hold
a UK passport and you are coming down to the Branch, then
you will be required to bring the original documents with
you and we will take copies. If you are a foreign passport
holder, you will have to obtain a certified copy of your passport,
and bring with you the other original documents required as
well as your passport to our Branch. If you are sending the
documents via email or by post, please ensure that you send
certified copies.
Payments
for Foreign Currency at Branch
Payment
for International Money Transfers at the branch can be made
by cash , transfer into our bank account by BACS or CHAPS
payment, debit or credit card. If you are paying by Debit
Card there is no charge, but if you are paying by Visa Debit
Card you might get charged by your bank, we advise that you
check with your bank. If you chose to pay by credit card there
is a min £2 or 1% charge for use by us, additionally
your credit card company will charge you for this transaction,
as it goes as a cash advance. When paying by debit or credit
card you will be required to produce a form of ID such as
a passport or Full UK driving license.
