• We will acknowledge receipt and confirm cost by email within matter of one or two minutes. If you don’t receive our confirmation within two minutes by our automated confirmation system your spam filter might have moved it to your spam folder, so please do call us.
• If you agree to process this order please ensure that you make a BACS, CHAPS or FASTER PAYMENTS payment into our account
• We will confirm by e-mail upon receipt of your funds, and ensure that your currency is sent by guaranteed next day delivery
• Your currency will be delivered to your address
  

We only accept electronic payments 'BACS, CHAPS or Faster Payments' Internet bank transfers from your account to our account (N.B. our account details are below). Please ensure that you do not deposit any cash into our account.

When you make a payment If your bank is offering Faster Payments service, we will receive your payment within 2 hours. If payment for your order is received by 12 Noon, we will then despatch your order the same day for next working day delivery whilst you can expect delivery within 2 working days.

If your bank is not offering Faster Payments service, we will receive your payment within 3 working days, and we will despatch your order on the same day your funds clear our account, you can expect delivery within 3 - 4 working days.

Please ensure you state your order number as a reference on the payment advice. If you DO NOT state your order number, you will not receive your money on time.

For every £2500 worth of currency ordered there is a £5 charge to cover postage & insurance. You have the option of fixing the rate on the day you place the order or take the rate on the day we receive the funds. If you are a first time customer kindly forward us a copy of your passport or UK Driving License and utility bill showing proof of address, either by e-mail, fax or post.
