If you wish to purchase or transfer large sums of regular foreign currency or make foreign payments, please open an account with us as you may benefit from getting preferential rates and ensure that your transactions are effortless. Please download our client registration form, complete and forward with the following documents.

  • Copy of your passport or Full Photo UK Driving License
  • Proof of address, such as utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Company Registration (for Companies)

Due to changes in HM Customs and Excise regulations, if you hold a UK passport and you are coming down to the Branch, then you will be required to bring the original documents with you and we will take copies. If you are a foreign passport holder, you will have to obtain a certified copy of your passport, and bring with you the other original documents required as well as your passport to our Branch. If you are sending the documents via email or by post, please ensure that you send certified copies. Please note, when you conduct large transactions ID will be required at all times.

  • We only accept electronic payments 'BACS, CHAPS or Faster Payment Internet bank transfers from your account to our account (N.B. our account details are below). Please ensure that you do not deposit any cash into our account.
  • When you make a payment if your bank is offering Faster Payments service, we will receive your payment within 2 hours. If payment for your order is received to our bank account before 9.00am along with the order number on any business day (Monday through Friday), we will despatch your currency order on the same day for next business day(Monday through Friday) delivery.

If your bank is not offering Faster Payments service, we will receive your payment within 3 working days, and we will dispatch your order on the same day your funds clear our account, you can expect delivery within 3 - 4 working days.

Please ensure you state your order number or your full name and the currency ordered as a reference on the payment advice. If you DO NOT state your order number, you will not receive your money on time

However payments in lieu of fast track branch collection transactions or otherwise (currency purchases by customers at the branches without fast track orders) can be made at any one of our branches either by cash, debit or credit cards. If you are paying by debit card there is no charge, but if you are paying by Visa Debit card you might get charged by your bank, we advise that you check with your bank. If you choose to pay by credit card there is a min £3 or 1% charge by us, additionally your bank or credit card company will charge you for this transaction, as it goes as a cash advance. When paying by debit or credit card you will be required to produce a form of ID such as a passport or full UK driving license.

If the amount of the transaction is less than £ 500.00 then we will record the ID details (name of ID holder, ID number, date of birth, expiry of ID) for internal security purposes only. If the amount of the transaction is in excess of £ 500.00 (inclusive), we will be required to take a photocopy of your ID for internal security purpose only.

Payments by cash exceeding Â£ 2,000 would also require producing a form of ID such as a Passport or Full UK Driving License. We may be required to take a photocopy of this as applicable.
